Evaluation
To inculcate in cadets the habits of reading and learning surprise tests and examinations are planned to be held on regular basis. Following will be the distribution of terms and examinations during an academic year at the college:-
A cadets’ assessment will be carried out through a time-honoured system of evaluation. A dossier on each cadet will be maintained wherein all observations regarding him through his 5-year stay will be recorded. The overall standing will be determined on the basis of academic results, character, overall conduct and participation in co-curricular activities and games.
The cadets’ progress will be closely monitored and all glaring aspects will be regularly communicated to the parents. Comprehensive report covering the cadet’s academic results, personality traits, participation in co-curricular activities and games, etc will be sent to the parents at the end of the academic year or at any time if the situation so warrants. Additionally results of all terminals examinations will also be dispatched to the cadets’ parents/ guardians.
