Leave/Fine/Discharge

 

LEAVE
Leave other than the term breaks authorized by the college will not be granted except only on most genuine reasons. Parents are urged to ensure that their son returns within the period of granted leave. It is parents’ responsibility to collect and return their son on departure and return. Absence for sickness must be supported by documents from a military or a Government hospital, where military hospitals are not available. Special leave during the Term must be applied for in writing to the Principal well in advance. Cadets will be granted upto maximum of 5 days leave on extreme compassionate grounds only. No leave will be granted for attending a wedding except the wedding of real brothers and sisters. (Parents are therefore, urged to arrange family functions etc during vacations or long breaks).
Cadets may proceed on weekend as follows:

  •    •    Once a Term, except 1st Term
  •    •    Weekends could be curtailed for College requirements, security concerns etc.


  • FINE
    On all cases of discipline, disobedience, defiance of authority, observable infringement and contravention of College rules, such as overstaying leave, bunking and other serious offences, the cadets may be fined up to Rs.5000/-.

    DISCHARGE
    Following rules will be applied for discharge from the College:
    •    •     Own Request: Parents may request for withdrawal of their son on payment of full          training charges, as laid down by the NHQ/BoGs
    •    •     Medical Grounds: Once found medically unfit, cadets will be discharged from the       College.
    •    •     Academic Grounds: Once observed academically weak and unable to improve the          academic performance.
