CONDUCT OF COURSE

1.            The course has been divided into following ten Study Phases:

               Staff Skills

               Military Strategy

               Military Operation

               Management Studies

                Pakistan Armed Forces

                Pakistan Studies

                Islamic Studies

                Law of the Sea and Ocean Affairs

                International Relations

                Science and Technology

2.             The entire length of the Staff Course has been divided in to 3 terms of about 12 weeks each.  About 10 days break is given between the terms.

3.              The curriculum of the course is covered through lectures by the Guest Speakers and the faculty; through syndicate discussions, seminars, written and verbal assignments and through study tours.

STUDY TOURS    Study tours to all the provinces of Pakistan including Federal and provincial capitals and Azad Kashmir are undertaken.  During these tours industrial complexes, Defence Organization and important Government Institutions are visited.

WAR GAMES

To put the theoretical knowledge into practice, three war games depicting realistic scenarios:

          One Tri-Services War Games at Command & Staff College Quetta.

           Two Naval War Games in PN War College.
