To provide better educational facilities for the people of Balochistan, Pakistan Navy Cadet College Ormara (PN CCO) was established in 2012 to complement Government of Pakistan’s initiative of Aghaz-e-Haqooq-e-Balochistan. First academic session started at the college in 2013. PN CCO is affiliated with Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) and functions under the guidance and administrative control of Pakistan Navy through Board of Governors headed by Commander Coast and comprising members representing Pakistan Navy, Federal and Balochistan Government. A dedicated team of officers manages day to day affairs of the college, headed by Principal of the rank of Commodore. The faculty consists of experienced and qualified instructors both uniformed and civilian.

To be a premier institute in Pakistan, dedicated towards providing quality education to the youth, developing them morally, physically, socially and intellectually into responsible citizens and dynamic leaders.
2. Mission:
To educate and instill highest traits of honor and character in youth.
3. Objectives:
- a. To provide quality education to the youth of Pakistan in general and Balochistan in particular.
- b. To act as feeder institute for Pakistan Navy/ Armed Forces in particular and other fields of life in general.
- c. To groom the cadets in conducive environment to develop their intellectual, moral and physical capabilities.
4. Motto:
“Binding Nation through Education”.
